Who am I?

I have spent the last 25 years as an elementary school teacher and mom, dedicated to helping every child believe in themselves. Driven by a passion for inspiring young minds, I continue to pursue my dream of writing children’s stories. Catch of the Day, my debut picture book, was inspired by a photograph of my younger brother fishing, a simple moment that blossomed into a story about love, courage, and perseverance. When I’m not teaching, I treasure time with my husband and two children and love going for walks along the sandy shores of any beach.
